Yes, it's true!
One of the grad schools that I applied to was the London School of Economics for an MSc in NGO Management and Development. I was ecstatic when I was accepted! I was pretty nervous about getting a UK visa - if you'd seen the application, you would have been too! But I've got it - And so this is the current plan - London in the fall!!!
